Designed and built to comply with FDA and GMP standards and to satisfy the demands of the pharmaceutical industry, Pharma GF gravity fall metal detectors are designed for the inspection of fine powders. Capable of detecting and rejecting all metal contaminants in flight, Pharma GF is a fully integrated product inspection system.
Pharma GF pharmaceutical inspection systems provide a highly sensitive metal detection solution to identify all metal contaminants including difficult to find non-magnetic stainless steels and irregular shaped contaminants such as minute pieces of sieve wire and swarf. Exceptional performance levels are enhanced through robust construction standards throughout delivering maximum on-line stability and avoiding instances of false rejection events.
All contact parts are 21 CFR parts 210 & 211 compliant and are easily dismantled without the use of special tools. Contact parts are fully submersible for thorough hygiene routines.
An integrated advanced failsafe reject device ensures any contaminated product is rapidly removed from the product flow.
Simple operation is provided through industry standard SAFELINE Signature software accessed via a menu driven membrane key panel.
