The 100% cleanable Electromanual Maxi Load stackers with an electric lifting system are designed to handle rolls, boxes, tilting attachments or other implements in production clean rooms and packaging lines of meat, dairy, poultry, fruit and vegetables.
The electric lifting system and its lightness make possible easy handling of the load, minimising the manual load handling and maximizing the security and ergonomic levels
Hygienic Innovative Design
- Totally opened chassis, continuous weldings, protected lifting cable and tubular structure make possible the daily equipment cleaning without affecting his features, avoiding rusting problems thanks to the stainless steel, plastic and polymer materials that they use.
Ergonomic and Safety
- The drive wheels with brakes make the loading and unloading of rolls and other implements a safe operation. Furthermore, the 2 rollers of the structure help to get out any object between the supporting tube and roller. The two sensors installed in the structure make possible an automatic stop when the carriage achieves its upper and lower limit.
