AIRplus® Mini Touch MAKES IT EASY TO PRODUCE DIFFERENT TYPES OF AIR CUSHION IN NO TIME.

AIRplus® Mini Touch allows you to protect your products. Whether for cushioning, blocking and bracing, wrapping, or filling voids, AIRplus® Mini Touch can process a wide variety of films up to 400 mm in width. The intuitive touch display makes machine operation simple and convenient. The display can be positioned on the front or the back to ensure easy access at all times.

There are three modes to choose from: manual, length-dependent, and automatic. The machine also has a preinstalled library, allowing users to select parameters for individual film types. AIRplus® Mini Touch is compatible with all COMFORT.PROTECT modules from Storopack.

AIRplus® 100% RECYCLED

Sustainable and cost-saving.

The AIRplus® 100% Recycled air cushions from Storopack show that recycling is possible without loss of quality. These consist of 100 percent recycled material and offer the same outstanding properties as air cushions made from virgin raw material.
AIRplus® 100% Recycled is ideally suited to protect products in shipping boxes during transport. Perfect for companies that value high-quality protective packaging as well as sustainability. AIRplus® 100% Recycled air cushions are also recyclable and can be added to the recycling loop again.

Air cushions consist of 99% air and only 1% film. The low material consumption compared to other materials therefore also minimises operating costs.

Air cushions made from Storopack’s AIRplus® Bio Home Compostable film demonstrate that environmentally conscious packaging is possible by fulfilling the definitions of bioplastic: they are partly bio-based and compostable. The film consists partly of the renewable resource starch. Air cushions made of this organic film boast outstanding packaging characteristics and are ideal for protecting light to medium weight products in boxes during transport.

The film is certified by TÜV Austria for home composting. End consumers can simply dispose of the air cushions alongside organic waste on home compost heaps. The microculture of the compost fully converts the organic film into carbon dioxide, water, and biomass, thus reducing plastic waste by closing the natural cycle.

AIRplus® 30% Recycled Extra Light

Economical and sustainable

Storopack AIRplus^® 30% Recycled Extra Light film is ideal for companies shipping light to medium-weight products. The film is extra thin compared to other AIRplus^® solutions, yet it ensures perfect product protection with minimal material usage. With approximately 30% more film on each roll compared to other AIRplus^® films, the frequency of roll changes is reduced. This results in less handling, making AIRplus^® Extra Light a particularly economical solution. Additionally, it’s made from 30% recycled material and can be recycled easily after use.
