Combination scale for tomatoes and grapes – running direction right-left or left-right
With the semi-automatic combination weigher MHP 3100, prefilled or empty small packages of table grapes or tomatoes are precisely completed with the missing weight. The amount of wasted goods and the required time can be kept to a minimum.
The first row with 12/14 weighing belts are loaded with the products by one worker. The scales installed in the infeed conveyor record the weight of the incoming trays in real time and determine the missing weight. The products that reach the weight are then automatically transported to the conveyor belt to be finally filled into the punnets by a worker.
In order to guarantee the quality of the products, these products are manually filled into the punnets.
The MHP 3100 is a flexibly applicable weighing system which, in addition to completion, has the operating modes equalisation on belt scales, combination weighing and throughput.
