Pallet lifting frame
Metal structure that keeps the load raised from the ground useful for the complete wrapping of the pallet.
It is a rotating arm wrapping machine. Because the pallet does not move, it is specifically designed to stabilize “difficult” loads—such as very light products that would fall over if spun, or extremely heavy industrial equipment that would crush a standard turntable.
Frequently Asked Questions About the Ecowrap Plus XL
It provides versatility and floor safety. Since the pallet sits directly on the warehouse floor, you don’t need a ramp or a forklift to lift it onto a base. It also allows you to wrap “unlimited” weight loads, as the machine doesn’t have to support the pallet’s mass.
Width & Length: Up to 1200 x 1200 mm as standard.
Height: The standard wrapping height is 2000 mm.
Weight: Unlimited. Since the load stays on the ground, the only weight limit is what your warehouse floor can support.
The arm rotation speed is adjustable from 7 to 11 RPM. This allows you to wrap up to 25–30 pallets per hour.
