FRD CARRIAGE
Film carriage with mechanical brake manually adjustable to set the film tensioning. Brake engagement- release device to facilitate hooking the film to the base of the pallet.
FR CARRIAGE
Film carriage with electromagnetic powder brake on return roller, stretch tension adjustable from control panel.
PDS CARRIAGE
Pre-stretch system is fixed at 250%. “Stretch Control” control activates the electromagnetic clutch positioned on the first roller.

No. You use the handle to drive it to the pallet like a motorized cart, but once you press “Start,” the robot works completely on its own, circling the pallet until the job is finished
Yes. Because it travels on the floor, there is no weight limit and almost no size limit. If you have a pallet that is 5 meters long or weighs 4,000 kg, this robot can wrap it easily.
On a full charge, it can wrap approximately 150 to 200 pallets. It has a built-in charger; you simply plug it into any standard wall socket at the end of the day.
It allows you to save up to 6 different programs. You can have one setting for “Heavy Loads” (more film) and another for “Fragile Loads” (lighter tension), making it very easy for operators to switch between products.
Yes. It is available with an FRD or PGS carriage. The PGS carriage provides a “fixed” pre-stretch (usually 250% or 300%), which stretches the film before it hits the pallet, ensuring you use less plastic while getting a tighter hold.
