You will be joining our team, well known as the industry leader in the region to further develop our stronghold in this market, promoting our bespoke solutions to the Date Fruit Industry from world leading brands such as ULMA, Niverpalst and Key Industries.

With Saudi Arabia producing over 1,000,000 metric tons of this fruit a year your sales target will be easily achievable for the right hardworking candidate.

Al Thika Packaging LLC with its HQ based in Dubai is an along established Middle Eastern company with 25 years’ experience in the industry and region, you will be selling capital equipment with a value ranging from 100-500k Euro. Fully supported by a back office, projects and service team, with the added support of a dedicated marketing manager. You will be selling a proven solution to a large prospective market, this solution has been developed for this market sector with input from our customers to take market share over the next 5 years. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to value sell, demonstrate a good operational knowledge of a machines operation, and the confidence to demonstrate our equipment in front of a customer on completion of training. You will require basic engineering knowledge to carry out basic fault find on a machine, you will be working in a market where positive actions win trust. The right candidate will need to present a proven history of market development. Have the ability to deep dive into a customer’s requirements to highlight the point of difference and sell the benefits or our equipment to the customer. Have the ability to grow a sector network of working partners complimentary to our solutions. Have a proven strategy for highlighting target customers. Be a door opener at all levels of an organisation. Have the ability to understand all levels of audience to present and tailor discussions to suit that stakeholders needs. Self-motivated and can work in a remote autonomous environment. Validate a markets size to forecast accurate returns from that market. Guide the Marketing plan for best impact in your given sector. Map out 3, 6 and 12 months sales strategies from your appointment with KPI’s to ensure your commitments to the company stay on track. Grow to be the market expert through training, collaboration, customer insights to give a deep understanding of that sector. Exploit market influences indicators such as, legislation and market directives to ensure our solutions are ahead of the curve. Build a trusted working partner network Understand multiple revenue opportunities and cross promote within your sector. Utilise competitor analysis tools and feedback intelligence to manufacturing for product development. Develop a multi-pronged approach to the market. Utilise good forecasting skills to predict success in a given sector. Have excellent spoken and written English and Arabic skills with Spanish as an advantage but not a necessity.

This is a single post offering (meaning financial living support for one person). Fully expensed Studio/1 bedroom apartment. 75 days on 15 days off and comes with 4 return home flights a year. Fully expensed car. Premium health care. Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates visas provided as necessary. Frequent travel to European manufacturers required so candidate must qualify for visas in all European and UK territories.
