Visit us at Gulfood Manufacturing 2017
Al Thika Packaging LLC will once again be exhibiting at the Gulfood Manufacturing show in Dubai, October 31st to November 2nd and this year we will have a very large stand, measuring 232 square metres. Our stand number is C1-4, Hall 1
We will be displaying much of the equipment on the stand within integrated packing lines this year, to give potential customers a clear idea of how the many products we offer can be combined effectively.
Line 1
ULMA Packaging TSA 540 Tray Sealer with Safeline X3616 X Ray and Garvens 3570 Combi metal detector / checkweigher
Typically used in the ready meal industry, but also for the packing of poultry parts, or fish.
Line 2
ULMA Packaging TFS 200 Thermoformer with Safeline Profile Advantage Metal Detector.
Typical applications for this equipment might be the packing of dates, cheese or meat products.
Line 3
ACOL ready made Doy Pack filler, with products fed into cartons from an Endoline 211 case erector.
Those cartons will be closed using an Endoline 613 case taper, then loaded onto a Robopac Masterplat PGS pallet wrapper and labelled using a Markem-Imaje 2200 print and apply applicator
We will also have stand alone equipment from the following suppliers;
- Raytec: Digital sorting system
- Cablevey: Demonstrating their unique sealed tube conveyors utilising cable and disc technology to gently move materials, which require delicate handling, Typical applications include the conveying of coffee, tea, nuts, breakfast cereals, pet food and plastic raw materials.
- Premier Pallets: An FS 2200 pallet inverter, typically used for the transfer of goods from wooden to plastic pallets
- Storopack: Airplus void fill unit used to create void fill ‘cushions’ on demand, typically for the E-Commerce fulfilment industry, but also for the shipment of fragile products and samples.
- Tinytag: Data loggers accurately and reliably monitor temperature, humidity, power usage, CO2 and other environmental parameters. Perfect for monitoring storage and warehousing units.
- Giro: Net packaging system to coddle your fruit and vegetable.
- Smipack: High-tech shrink wrapping.
In addition to our own sales personnel, we will have experts from each of our principals available to discuss applications of particular equipment to our clients. Visitors may also want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the busy Gulfood Manufacturing show in our customer lounge area.
