Horizontal automatic packing machines characterised by package formation within the machine using two film coils normally made of different material. Depending on the material used, packages can be flexible or rigid. This type of machine is aimed both at food and non food markets.
FLOW WRAPPER
Automatic machines for high production. Horizontal packing using a single film coil with three weldings: two cross-weldings and one longitudinal welding. Can be specified for single and/or multiple flow wrapped date packs.
Vertical packaging machine (VFFS) which makes a three sealing pack. High performance intermittent vertical machine for medium-high speed applications.
TRAY SEALER
Automatic traysealing machine for all kinds of preformed regular trays. Can make modified atmosphere (MAP) and vacuum packing. Tray transport system with arms. Suitable machine for integration in process automation with medium-high production performance.
Automatic case erection and bag insertion for bulk packaging operation. Creates an erected case with a pre-inserted bag, so the bulk filling is not interrupted by poorly inserted bags; guarantees efficiency.
VACUUM PACK MACHINE
Table-top vacuum packer, ideal for points of sale with little space and for small productions.
